Convenient Mole and Lesion Screening

Quick Detection, Specialist Review, Reassured Results

Verve Clinic provides a quick and convenient mole and lesion screening service. In collaboration with Map My Mole, we deliver a comprehensive process starting with a thorough consultation at the clinic, followed by professional imaging, and concluding with a detailed report from a Consultant Dermatologist. This ensures you receive a gold-standard level of care and an accessible way to evaluate moles or skin lesions.

Map My Mole adheres to the teledermatology guidelines set by the British Association of Dermatologists.

What is Map My Mole?

Map My Mole is a secure dermatology service, trusted by the NHS, that uses advanced digital imaging to assess suspicious moles or skin lesions. If you have a mole or lesion that concerns you, we capture high-resolution images using a dermatoscope. These images are then reviewed by leading UK-based Consultant Dermatologists, who provide a detailed report for both you and our clinic. The report explains exactly what the lesion is and, if necessary, can be shared with your GP to help speed up any referral process. If you prefer to continue with private care, we can guide you on the next steps.

Is this the same as seeing a Dermatologist in person? No, this is a screening service, not a diagnosis or treatment. However, it does provide a highly accurate initial assessment. If a lesion is flagged as suspicious, you’ll be advised on the next steps.
